How do i create an account?

To create an account with us all you do i simply hover over 'Account' in the top right corner of the page and click register. You will then be taken to the register or login page simply click 'Register' and fill out the form. You have then registered.

What do i do if i have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password simply hover over 'Account' in the top right corner and click 'Login' Underneath 'Returning Customer' you can see highlighted 'Forgotten Password' Click this and enter your details to rest your password.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with your order simply e-mail us at: favoritesonclothing@hotmail.com and our customer service team will assist your right away.

My item does fit me how do i return it for an exchange?

If you receive your item and it doesn't fit. E-mail us at: favoritesonclothing@hotmail.com and we will assist you further.

I'd like a refund on my purchase how do i do this?

If you are unhappy with your purchase simply e-mail us at: favoritesonclothing@hotmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

Is there a Favorite Son high street store?

At the moment we are just online, though we do have plans to have a store on the high street in the near future.

What are my delivery options?

There are a few options available when choosing delivery.

 Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

Standard delivery. Estimated delivery 2-3 days, 'Recorded' means we can track the item right up until its on your door.

Royal Mail Special Delivery.

This delivery is option for next day delivery, if the order is placed before 4pm the item will be delivered to you next day guaranteed.

InPost 24/7

We have partnered with InPost to bring you a click & collect service. InPost allows you the customer to select a local locker and choose that locker to have your item delivered to, you are then given live updates of where your item is, right up to delivery to your chosen locker. You then simply visit the locker, enter your code given to you and pick your item up. For more information please visit InPost here.
